Hi! I’m Jennifer Collins, founder of slimdownjourney.com. At 42, after decades of struggling with the scale and trying countless diets, I’ve finally found my path to a healthier life. During my pre-menopause and after my second child, I saw my weight climb to 215 pounds, which motivated me to make a real, lasting change.
In two years, I lost 70 pounds by adopting a sustainable lifestyle that combines smart nutrition, age-appropriate exercise, and discovering natural supplements that support my metabolism. This integrated approach, coupled with a lot of self-compassion, has transformed not only my body, but my understanding of women’s health and long-term well-being.
